MEMBERSHIP

Full Playing Members

Full membership is available for players of all standards and allows entry to all adult sections of the club. Club nights are Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:30pm until late, throughout the year. Full members also get these benefits:
Use the courts out of normal club night hours for no extra charge.
We encourage both social and competitive players and coaching sessions are often organised at all levels.
Club teams play in the Surrey, Brighton, West Weald and Mid-Sussex leagues and there is a dedicated club night for match players on Thursday (when there are no matches - usually fortnightly).
Email our membership secretary Richard Hazell for more information.

Beginners & Improvers

The Beginners and Improvers section is the newest section of the club. It aims to provide an opportunity for new adult players to take up badminton and progress into the other sections of the club.
Club nights are on Fridays, starting at 20:30.
Email Ian Wood for more information.

Daytime Mixed

For people of any age to enjoy playing in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9am to 1pm.
These sessions are very social and fun!
Call Mo Gibson on 01403 259549 for more information.

Keenagers

The over 50's Keenagers have a choice of three sessions, Monday and Friday from 9am to 1pm and Wednesday afternoons 1pm to 4pm. You can use either session and if you're really keen, all three!
Contact 01403 258086 or Marianne Hobby for further details.

Students

Students are welcome at the club and to make sure playing badminton doesn't eat into your grant too much, you receive a special rate. Students between the age of 16 & 25 on the 1st September pay a reduced membership fee and can attend all Club nights (Mondays and Wednesdays from 7.30pm to late).
Email our membership secretary Richard Hazell for more information.

Social Members

This type of membership is available to anyone who wants to be a part of the social side of the club but does not want to play.
Email our membership secretary Richard Hazell for more information.

Junior Academy

The Academy is open to players of all standards from the age of 7 through to 17. Academy members play on four days every week.
Whichever session they attend they'll have a fun time with serious coaching too.
The sessions gives a good grounding for young beginners and as they get older are encouraged to join in at the main full club evenings.
For more details see The Academy website.
